A simple x2 combination of herbs (chamomile and skull cap) that will have a sedative effect combined with anti-inflammatory properties aiding nervous indigestion.
Boil water and pour over 3 heaped tesaspons, cover and steep for 10 minutes. You may add honey (optional).
To help with your insomnia you must do some work, ensure you elimiate or reduce coffee consumption and get at least a moderate excercise routine. And underlying issues that may require talking to someone may help in reducing a mind that will not 'shut down'.
